Redeployment service

Rather than constantly purchasing new tech devices for the organization, that will pile up in storage and never be used again, how about redeploying tech devices? It means the devices can be refurbished and reused, which will give you more control of your assets – both in cost and environmental aspects.

What we offer
The redeployment service helps your organization to be more circular. We can help with the redeployment of refurbished devices you are using, that meet your organization’s standards and service level agreement (SLA).

How does it work?
This service enables you to reuse the devices you already own but meet agreed refurbishment criteria. It creates flexibility and you will be contributing to a more circular way of using your tech devices. In addition, the service offers a centralized redeployment stock for devices not being used.

When the redeployment service is active, you will get a device from the redeployment stock. The standard framework for devices with a 3-year life cycle is that assets older than 24 months will automatically be removed from the redeployment stock and can be resold.

You return the devices to us for quality control assessment. If the devices meet redeployment criteria and are qualified for reuse, they will be refurbished and added to the redeployment stock. Damaged devices will be repaired if the warranty is valid. If not, you can choose to be invoiced for the repair cost or the remaining leasing cost.
